According to the project schedule we were to have been provided access to Work Area not later than Date Work was to Begin. The area is not available and this lack of access is causing us to be unable to perform our work as scheduled and is resulting in additional expense. We are also requesting a commensurate time extension. We are also requesting extended overhead costs in the amount of Claim Amount Per Day per day. A breakdown of our costs is attached. We reserve the right to later request impact damages caused by this situation.
