As you know, Description of Work by Others. Today we came to the jobsite to commence our work and our inspection disclosed to us that Description of Current Conditions. We have pulled our forces off the job awaiting for the work to be accomplished correctly or to receive other direction from you.
We are entitled to receive the costs incurred in moving on and off the job and, if these defects are not remedied immediately, then we will incur additional costs and expenses for which we expect reimbursement by you for increased labor rates and performing this work under conditions and sequences different that those on which our bid was based. We also expect and are entitled to receive a commensurate extension of contract time.
