This letter will serve to confirm the directive given by Person Directing on Date Direction Given that we accelerate our work on this project by Putting on more men/working OT/Double Shifts. As you know, we are not behind schedule on this project and thus this directive to accelerate constitutes a directive for us to perform extra work for which we are entitled to be compensated for all the additional costs incurred in accelerating, including loss of efficiency which will necessarily result. We are commencing to accelerate the work as directed with the understanding and agreement that we will be paid these additional costs.
