Why are the services so inexpensive?
We are a new and small company whose founders used to be subcontractors like yourself that appreciate your concern! The services are at their current prices due to us not spending a lot of money on other items such as sales, advertising, or onsite training/implementation. We keep prices low by making our site as self-intuitive as possible (not unlike your personal email provider) where you and your company won’t require training. However, if you have a question or need more help when you are using our services, you can send us an email, and we will reply within 24 hrs. Keeping it simple keeps it inexpensive!

How secure is my information?
You will sign up for a service by entering your credit card information on a secure https site. Every time you log in, all pages and your information are secured by 128 bit SSL Security. We host our site with ISQ Solutions who has a reliable 99.9% uptime with plenty of bandwidth for growth with the independence to increase capacity when needed. The information you enter on our site is confidential, and we will not sell your information in accordance with our terms of use.

How reliable is the service?
Our server is hosted by ISQ Solutions who has a reliable 99.9% uptime with plenty of bandwidth for growth and the independence to increase capacity when needed. We have an Error Guarantee that when you create an error, we will credit your account with two free days (to make up for the day you missed because of the error plus an additional day)! We created the system to log errors and show us who created the error. We typically fix the error within 24 hrs. You will receive a notification that the error is fixed, and you will see a credit on your next invoice. If you have an error that doesn’t give you a message that we have logged the error, just send us an email.

Being web-based, how fast is the service?
Like any website, internet speed depends a lot on your internet service connection. We have created our website to be simple (and ugly in some minds) with the emphasis on speed and ease of use. Our server, hosted by ISQ Solutions, has plenty of bandwidth for growth and the independence to increase capacity when needed.

How will I be charged for a service?
You will sign up for a service by entering your credit card information on a secure https site. Your credit card will be charged the same day every month for this service until you cancel (cancel at anytime...no contracts!). For your records, you will receive a monthly statement showing the charges to your credit card. The current price of the service when you sign up will be the price you pay for as long as you continue the service...no increases in the rate you pay! If you choose to cancel your service before you are 30 days into the service, we will credit your account back for the service. You can discontinue your service(s) at any time from your administration page located in the menu that appears after you log in. You can also access your administration page if you ever have a question on your charge dates for services or need to update your credit card information.

Do you have a referral program?
Receive a $20 credit towards your account for every company you refer for each service they purchase!*
Here is how it works:
•You must have an account (which can be set-up for free) in order to be apart of the referral program.
•Invite your friends/colleagues to sign-up for the system.
•For each new company that purchases services will earn you a $20 credit to your account.
•When they sign-up for an account, they select "Friend/Colleague" under the "How did you hear about us" and then enter your email address (the one associated with your user account)
•The account will be applied on the 3rd month the new company pays for their service.
•Credits will only be applied to outstanding balances. For example if you have purchased Pipeline for $100/month and you have three referrals, on the 3rd month you will be billed only $40.00.
•If your credit is larger in any billing period than the amount owed, the credit will carry to the following month.
*Referral is counted either by using the invite system on www.constructionmonkey.com or the user inputs/ selects your user name as the “referred by” recipient. You must have an account and have a balance to receive a credit to your account. Construction Monkey will not send you a check or cash for your credit. Credit is applied to the account after the referred customer has used the service for three consecutive months. Credit is based on a per service basis (Project Management Service credit will only happen once per client and not per project).
