• Why are the services so inexpensive?
  We are a new and small company whose founders used to be subcontractors like yourself that appreciate your concern! The services are at their current prices due to us not spending a lot of money on other items such as sales, advertising, or onsite training/implementation. We keep prices low by making our site as self-intuitive as possible (not unlike your personal email provider) where you and your company won’t require training. However, if you have a question or need more help when you are using our services, you can send us an email, and we will reply with an answer within 24 hrs. Keeping it simple keeps it inexpensive!
• How secure is my information?
  You will sign up for a service by entering your credit card information on a secure https site. Every time you log in, all pages and your information are secured by 128 bit SSL Security. We host our site with ISQ Solutions who has a reliable 99.9% uptime with plenty of bandwidth for growth with the independence to increase capacity when needed. The information you enter on our site is confidential, and we will not sell your information in accordance with our terms of use.
• How reliable is the service?
  Our server is hosted by ISQ Solutions who has a reliable 99.9% uptime with plenty of bandwidth for growth and the independence to increase capacity when needed. We have an Error Guarantee that when you create an error, we will credit your account with two free days (to make up for the day you missed because of the error)! We created the system to log errors and show us who created the error. We will fix the error within 24 hrs. You will receive a notification that the error is fixed, and you will see a credit on your next invoice. If you have an error that doesn’t give you a message that we have logged the error, just send us an email. If an error occurs during your 30-day trial period, we will extend your trial by two days.
• Being web-based, how fast is the service?
  Like any website, internet speed depends a lot on your internet service connection. We have created our website to be simple (and ugly in some minds) with the emphasis on speed and ease of use. Our server, hosted by ISQ Solutions, has plenty of bandwidth for growth and the independence to increase capacity when needed.
• How will I be charged for a service?
  You will sign up for a service by entering your credit card information on a secure https site. After you sign up, a page will show you the day your credit card will be charged (30 days after your 30-day trial). Your credit card will be charged the same day every month for this service until you cancel. You will pay this price for as long as you keep the service! If you cancel during the middle of your service, we will prorate the charge, so you only pay for the days you had the service. If you choose to cancel your service before your 30-day trial has expired, you can do this on your administration page located in the menu that appears after you log in. You can also access your administration page if you ever have a question on your charge dates for services or need to change your credit card information.
